Before contacting the Help Desk, please make sure that you are correctly entering your username and password (case sensitive). Individuals with a first name greater than 15 characters in length or a last name greater than 20 characters in length will need to enter the names exactly as they appear in CREST. Your Broker or Office Manager should be able to provide you with information on how your name appears in CREST EDG.
